Maggie Walsh, Russell Reynolds Associates
Maggie Walsh is a leader within the Financial Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds, based in Chicago. She recruits Chief Financial Officers, Heads of Investor Relations, and other key finance officers across companies ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500 scale. She works across sectors, including technology, CPG, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and professional services. Example IR placements of hers have included Carrier, US Foods, Tyson Foods, Visteon, Dynavax, and other confidential searches.
Maggie joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Ernst & Young, where she was a Senior Manager in their Business Consulting practice. In that role, she led people, process, and technology transformations for clients, partnering with finance, IT, and HR executives to drive change.
Maggie holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
